I dedicate SatanArt #32, a Satanic art album-almanac, to humor about Satanists, Satan, and Satanism. Some of the drawings are quasi-Satanic, meaning they are not directly related to Satanism. Many of the drawings in this issue are, or could be, internet posters. It turns out that evil is afraid to joke about Satan. Therefore, evil fears Satan, and indirectly, through Satanists. This is nothing new, but let this issue of SatanArt #32 serve as proof.
In the gay Satanist magazine S☆✞☆N☆R✞ #32, “Humor in Satanism. Strange and Funny Satanic Drawings. Cheerful Satan in Caricatures. Puritan Edition,” Antichrist Slut Sodomia has collected publicly available funny drawings by various artists from various websites. These are mostly images with Russian text, English text, or no text. As always, I’ll leave translations and my comments next to each image, below. All SatanArt albums are designed this way.
Are Satanists allowed to laugh at Satan and Satanism? They absolutely should. Satan himself doesn’t mind if his Satanist children make fun of their Teacher. It doesn’t offend Satan in the least, because the Devil’s wisdom deflects all attacks on him and renders them insignificant. In this album, I didn’t engage in any attacks on Satan, just white Satanic humor and blasphemy against Satanism. Now that’s a new term! Okay, okay – it’s not blasphemy, it’s just humor. There’s no God in Satanism, so there can be no blasphemy. I’m just kidding. No, this reverend Christian comedian is seriously funny. They probably communicate like that in a Christian sect.
Humorous drawings featuring Satan have long held a special place in the art world, combining elements of mysticism, irony, and satire. These works not only entertain but also provoke reflection on the complexities of human nature and the ambiguity of good and evil. Satan as a character in art has a long history, dating back to medieval engravings and paintings. However, his humorous depiction became especially popular during the Renaissance and Baroque periods, when artists began to depart from strict dogma and experiment with lighter, more ironic themes. In the 18th and 19th centuries, caricatures and cartoons depicting devilish images became an integral part of political satire, reflecting on social vices and the shortcomings of government. In the 20th century, thanks to the development of print and media imagery, the image of Satan in humorous drawings took on new forms. The 21st century has seen the emergence of a large number of engaging digital posters, cartoons, and caricatures drawn by Satanists with self-reflection and self-irony. The development of digital graphics and changes in the Satanic egregore around the world have contributed to the development of humor in Satanic visual art.
